Requirements to be able to manage transfers:
Have two warehouses or stores created in the system (at least), in order to be able to transfer from one location to another. You can see how to create a store in the section Create store or warehouse.
Have created products to be transferred. You can see how to create a product, in the section Create product.
Steps to make a new transfer:
The list of transfers appears and to make a new transfer, click on the NEW TRANSFER button (at the top right of the screen).
Once inside the new transfer screen, we must fill in the mandatory fields (marked with an "*"), those that are not already auto-completed.
Warehouse of origin*: select the warehouse or store from which the stock will be shipped.
Destination Warehouse*: select the warehouse or store where the stock will be received.
Notes: additional notes on transfer
Labels: labels for transfers.
Finally, when all the fields are filled in, click CONTINUE and the new transfer will be created in "Draft".

Steps to be able to edit, book and send a transfer (from a transfer already registered):
In the "Details" section of the transfer already created, we have to select the products to be transferred. To do this, we can search for them through the "simple search engine", through the "advanced search engine", or by scanning the barcode of the products.
When searching and selecting products, these will be added to the transfer and we will be able to edit the stock to be transferred (if we scan the barcodes, the stock will be autocompleted automatically, according to the number of times we scan each code; as long as we scan the barcode, with the cursor located outside the product finder).
Once all the products have passed, if we want to mark the transfer as "Prepared" by the warehouse of origin (NOT sent yet), we have to press RESERVE (in this way, the stock will be subtracted from the warehouse of origin of the transfer, but will not yet be added to the warehouse of destination).
On the other hand, if we want to transfer the stock directly from the warehouse of origin to the warehouse of destination, we have to click on SEND (button located to the right of the reserve button).

Steps to receive and confirm a transfer:
Once a transfer has been SENT, we can access it through the list of registered transfers, and we can also use the filters in the list to find it more easily (according to the origin or destination of the transfer, according to the status of the transfer or according to its type: whether it is a transfer or a replenishment).
Once the transfer to be confirmed has been "detected", we will have to click on it and from the "Details" section of the transfer in question, we will be able to mark it as received, by clicking on RECEIVE (in order to add the stock in the destination warehouse).
In the three little dots next to the RECEIVE button, the options of: Print packing slip, create labels or duplicate.
Finally, when clicking on RECEIVE, a new section called DELIVERY will be created, from which we can CONFIRM the reception of the transfer. In this same section, the details of each phase and which user has made each movement are shown.
