Configure your customers' attributes with Mailchimp

In the competitive world of e-commerce, maintaining effective and personalized communication with customers is key to success. The integration of Mailchimp with Stockagile allows businesses to centralize and automate their marketing campaigns, based on updated and accurate inventory and sales data.

This synergy enhances customer relationship management, facilitates audience segmentation, and optimizes campaign reach, resulting in increased customer loyalty and higher conversion rates. With this integration, operational efficiency is maximized, and business growth is enhanced.

Requirements to Configure Customer Attributes with Mailchimp

  • The user must have the OWNER role. You can view the different types of roles in the section Create or Edit a User.

  • To enable automatic restocking, for now, you need to contact [email protected] and request more information about this new feature.

  • Have an account in Mailchimp.

  • Clients created in Stockagile.

  • A list and segment created in Mailchimp.

Steps to Configure the Connection with Mailchimp

⚠️ Note: have the Mailchimp API Key and List ID ready to expedite the process with the support team.

  1. Contact the support team and provide the API Key and List ID of the contacts you want to link with Stockagile.

  2. Once the connection is established, you simply need to:

    • Create the customer in Stockagile if you haven't already.

    • Add the required fields, including the birthday.

    • Generate sales with the associated customer.

  3. To force the upload of changes to Mailchimp, whether due to data or pertinent changes, go to the customer's file and click the save button. The changes will be uploaded automatically.

  4. As you generate sales, if you access the customer's file in Mailchimp, you will see the information uploaded from Stockagile to Mailchimp, from which you can manage all your campaigns more efficiently.

Step 3: Force upload by clicking the save button in the top right
