In Stockagile, you can create a customer database for loyalty purposes and thereby view the purchase and invoice history, send tickets by email, and even record their favorite products.
Requirements to create or edit a customer's wish list:
To do this, you need to be able to edit customer contacts; you can check this in the article on Create or Edit a Customer.
Steps to create or edit a customer's wish list:
- Go to the CONTACTS module and select the customer you want to edit.
- Within the customer profile, go to the WISH LIST section and select the +Add products button located in the top right corner of the screen.
- A window will open with a list of all products. You can use filters to refine your search.
- Select the product(s) you want to add to the customer's wish list and click on the blue SELECT button.
- If the product has variants, you can choose favorite variants by clicking on the product name.
- You will see the products added to the list.

Remove or Sell products from the wish list:
Once the customer's list of favorite products is created, you can remove them; you will notice that the red DELETE button is enabled at the top right of the screen when selecting the products.
You can also sell the products directly in the store. Follow these steps:
- Select the products you want to sell and click on the blue IN-STORE SALE button located at the top right of the screen, which will be enabled when selecting the products.
- Upon doing so, a pop-up will appear for you to choose whether you want to remove the product from the wish list after the sale.
- Then, the SELL screen will open with the selected product and the customer added to the sale.
