Set up the connection with El Corte Inglés (Mirakl)

This article explains the steps to configure the synchronization of products, stock, and sales from your El Corte Inglés (Mirakl) ecommerce with your Stockagile account.

Requirements to create the El Corte Inglés channel:

• The user must have the role of OWNER. You can view different role types in the section Create or edit a user.

⚠️ In case El Corte Inglés (Mirakl) updates its API and modifies any endpoint that we are using, it may cause disconfiguration. If you have doubts or issues, please contact our support team.

Steps to create the El Corte Inglés (Mirakl) channel:

1. Go to the ECOMMERCE module > Channels
2. In the top right, you will see the "+ New page" button, click on it.
3. In details, select "Platforms" as the El Corte Inglés (Mirakl) option in the first field.
4. You will need to fill in the following information to proceed:
   • Main configuration:
     • Name: will be used to identify the channel within Stockagile.
     • Sync Disabled: enable or disable automatic synchronization.
     • Stock Warehouses: determine from which warehouses the stock will come.
     • Warehouse: this will be the main warehouse of the channel.
     • Ticket Configuration: to be sent to customers.
     • Order Serial Number: you can create a specific serial number in the Configuration section > Inventory > Serial Number Types.
     • Price Level: you can also create one specific for this ecommerce in Configuration > Inventory > Rates.
   • Advanced configuration:
     • API Key: identifier to control access to the El Corte Inglés (Mirakl) API, which you will obtain within their portal. You will find it in your profile section within their portal.
5. There are other optional fields that you can fill in or leave blank, such as:
   • Default Delivery Creation Policy: assign the channel's warehouse.
   • Default Payment Method: used when the channel does not specify the payment method for the sale.
6. Once you have defined all the mandatory fields, click the "Save" button at the bottom, and your channel will be created.
