Miravia is an ecommerce platform that offers retail companies a series of benefits, including integration with order management systems, such as Stockagile. This article explains the steps to configure the synchronization of products, stock, and sales with Miravia.
To learn more about how the synchronization between Stockagile and your ecommerce works, you can read How synchronization between Stockagile and ecommerce works.
Requirements to Create Miravia
- The user must have the OWNER role. You can see the different types of roles in the section Create or edit a user.
Steps to Create Miravia
- Go to the ECOMMERCE module Channels.
- In the top right corner, click on "+ New page".
- In details, select "Miravia" as the option for "Platforms" in the first field.
- You'll need to fill in the following information to proceed:
- Main Configuration:
- Name: used to identify the channel within Stockagile.
- Synchronization disabled: enable or disable automatic synchronization.
- Sync stocks only: enable or disable stock synchronization only.
- Synchronize pending transfer stocks: enable or disable synchronization of stocks pending transfer confirmation.
- Stock Warehouses: here you must determine from which warehouses the stock will come.
- Warehouse: this will be the main warehouse of the channel.
- Default payment method: used when the channel doesn't specify which payment method the sale has.
- Ticket Configuration: to be sent to customers.
- Order Serial Number: you can create a specific serial number in the Configuration section > Inventory > Serial number types.
- Price level: you can also create a specific one for this ecommerce in Configuration > Inventory > Rates.
- Main Configuration:
- Once you have all the required fields defined, click on the "Save" button at the bottom, and your channel will be created.
- Then you'll need to authenticate the channel by clicking on the connect button found in Details, at the top right.
- You'll be redirected to Miravia on the login window where you'll need to enter your email and password.
- Once authentication is done, you can synchronize the products. For this, keep in mind that a product must have:
- SKU
- Barcode
- Cover image (maximum 8 images per product)
- Stock greater than or equal to 0
- Product measurements (height, width, weight...)
- Price rate linked to the site
- Additionally, the product you want to synchronize must have a single web category.
⚠️ At the moment, we recommend using autocompletion to search for categories, as advanced search takes a long time due to Miravia having a very extensive category tree.
With all this, you'll be ready to synchronize the first product with Miravia.
Step 3 and 4: channel creation
Step 6: connect with Miravia
Step 7: login to Miravia
Step 9: product web category configuration
