When managing an ecommerce store, we constantly receive orders from our customers. It is important to manage them efficiently through Stockagile, which allows you to organize orders, track the status of each one, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping. Additionally, it provides tools to filter, search, and visualize orders according to different criteria, facilitating decision-making and optimizing order fulfillment processes.
In summary, this screen is essential for maintaining an organized workflow and effectively meeting customer demands in ecommerce.
Requirements to View, Prepare, and Send Orders
- Users must have the role of OWNER or ECOMMERCE MANAGER. You can see the different types of roles in the section Creating or editing a user.
Steps to View
- Go to the sidebar menu and click on ECOMMERCE > Orders.
- Next, you'll see the list of orders you've received from the different online channels connected to Stockagile under the "To Prepare" tab.
- You can navigate through the tabs according to the status of the orders:
- In restocking: Orders that cannot be prepared because one or more products are being restocked.
- To prepare: Reserved or pending preparation.
- In pickup: In a picking order.
- Picked up: Picked and waiting to be packaged.
- Prepared: In a packing order.
- Completed: Orders that have been packed and shipped.
- With issue: Orders with a general issue.
- Returned (in progress): In the process of being returned.
- Deleted: Orders whose source has been deleted.

All: No filters applied.

Additionally, you can filter searches using the filters found in the list.

Only within the "To Prepare" tab, when selecting one or more orders, you can access the following options from the top right:
- Document icon: Print the order packing slips.
- Route icon: Print a route sheet for picking the orders.
- Computer icon: View the picking list directly in Stockagile with the predefined order filters.

+ New picking order: Create a new picking order and process the order from there.
- In the other tabs if you select more than one order, you can print the delivery notes.
Steps to view your orders
- Go to the side menu and click on ECOMMERCE > Orders.
- Open the order you want to view.
- Once inside, you will see:

Actions
- More actions: General actions for the order.
- Add products (depending on the order status): Allows you to add more or fewer products to the order.
- Save: Saves any changes made.
- Deliveries: Displayed either together or separately, depending on how they are managed.
- Customer information: Attached customer details to manage order preparation and shipping.
- Invoice: If an invoice needs to be created, it can be done from here.
- Additional information: Order details with private notes to consider.
- Payment: Payment method(s) used and whether there are any pending payments.
- Shipping: Shipping method(s) for this order.
