Create automatic replenishments from ecommerce orders

Having automatic restocking reduces the risk of stockouts and optimizes inventory, improving operational efficiency and reducing human errors. It enables a quick response to demand, enhancing planning and forecasting. Additionally, it facilitates scaling operations, optimizing inventory management and operational efficiency.

Now, with Stockagile, you can carry out these automatic restockings.

Requirements to Automate Restocking from Ecommerce Orders

• The user must have the role of OWNER or ECOMMERCE MANAGER. You can see the different types of roles in the section Create or edit a user.

• To perform automatic restocking, you must contact support@stockagile.com for more information about this new functionality.

Steps to Create Automatic Restocking from Ecommerce Orders

1. Go to the ECOMMERCE > CHANNELS menu.
2. Click on the one you want to configure automatic replenishments for.

3. In the "Main Configuration" section, click on the "Default Stock Operation Creation Policy" selector:

   • Manual Replenishment: perform manual replenishments as done today.
   • Create a draft replenishment by the selected warehouse of the channel: if an order arrives without stock, an automatic replenishment will be created in the stock location.
   • Create a draft purchase: if an order arrives without stock, an automatic purchase will be created in the stock location. Once you have selected the configuration, click the "Save" button.
4. Once you have selected the configuration, click the "Save" button.
5. Go to the ECOMMERCE menu under ORDERS.
6. In the first tab "In reposition", you will see orders pending restocking.
   • ⚠️ Note: this helps you see which orders are being restocked before preparing them.
7. To see the restocking assignment for each order, click on the order reference.
8. On the right, you will see a "Restocking Orders" card indicating:
   • Reference Number: the restocking reference, which you can click to view.
   • Status: the status of the restocking order.
9. To view the generated restocking order, click the reference number in the "Restocking Orders" card. The created restocking orders will be associated with the sales order, and you can click to view their details.
