Display purchases in the calendar

To have more visibility on purchase orders and all the items that have been purchased, there is a view that will allow you to see month by month, all the items that have to arrive.

This view will allow you to plan according to the items you receive.

Requirements to be able to view the purchase calendar:

• The user must have the role of OWNER or WAREHOUSE MANAGER. We can see the different types of role in the section Create or edit a user.
• There must be purchase orders that at the same time, have at least the shipping start date configured. You can read more about purchase orders in section Create and receive purchase orders.

Steps to display the purchase calendar:

1. Go to the side menu and click on the button PURCHASE button in the INVENTORY section.
2. Once inside, at the top right and just below the NEW PURCHASE button, there are two icons, one in the form of a list and the other in the form of a matrix. When we place ourselves just above the latter we will see that the text CALENDAR appears, we will click on the icon.
3. Now you will see an annual calendar, divided into the 12 months of the year. 
4. If you have purchases created and with items and shipping start date, you will see for each month all the products that have to arrive.
5. You can search for specific products in the search engine located on the left side just above the calendar.
6. Right next to the search engine there are two buttons, which refer to the two display modes:
1. Shopping: This is the default mode, it allows to visualize all the products of the purchase orders, in the month of shipment start.
2. Deliveries: Allows to visualize only the products, which already have a delivery note, and have been configured with shipping date and/or expected date of reception. This mode will allow us to visualize in a more concrete way the products that are already on their way, as they have been confirmed by the supplier.
7. As a summary, the Purchases section allows you to view everything you have purchased, and the Deliveries section allows you to view everything that has been confirmed to be on its way.
