If you have the wholesale module, Stockagile gives you the opportunity to have your own ecommerce accessible only to your customers. In it you can display all your products, and your customers can place orders directly.
Requirements to be able to place a sales order
- It is essential that you have created the products correctly in our system. You can see how to create a product in the section Create a product.
- It is important that you have your wholesale prices set correctly. You can see how to edit rates in the section Creating and editing price rates.
- It is important that you have created the different warehouses or stores. You can see how to create a store in the section Create and edit stores.
Steps to create an ecommerce store for your customers
- Go to the left side menu and click on the B2B STORE button in the WHOLESALER section.
- You will see a screen where you will have to fill in all the information in order to have your B2B properly configured.
- In the upper part we will have to provide the following information detailed to create this store:
- Subdomain
- Public URL
- Warehouse of origin
- Stock warehouses
- Price level
- Checkbox if we want to ask customers for a login or if we want to have it open

In the Menu section, you can:

Show or hide the "All Products" button in the B2B.

Select the type of menu you want to display and choose the specific options to include.

In the Filters section, you can choose how the filters will appear to the user in the B2B.

In the Products section, configure everything related to the products you sell in the B2B.

In the Stock section, you can configure:

Reserving stock for orders when the customer places the order.

A message for cases when you want to sell a product that is out of stock. The message consists of a prefix, delivery time, and time unit (e.g., "You will receive your order in 4 weeks") and whether or not this message should be displayed.

At the bottom, you can enter your contact details as well as your business’s social media links.

Once all fields are filled in, click the Save button at the bottom to create the B2B eCommerce.
⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind
- To add a product to B2B, it is important that within the product card, you click on the Add to B2B catalog checkbox to make it visible in the store.
- With this B2B ecommerce, you can make your customers place orders automatically, see the stock you have, the quantities, the photos, etc... It is a very useful tool that you can offer to your customers.
- It is essential that your customers are registered in Stockagile in the CONTACTS menu so that the system allows them to place the order. In addition, you will have to configure their login if you have it activated.
- Orders placed by your customers will automatically appear on the SALES screen.
