Different stores and warehouses can be added to Stockagile's system. The system allows us to have visibility of the stock in the different business units, review sales, and transfer stock from one store to another.
Requirements to register a store
- It is important that you have previously configured the Product Rates for the different sales channels (retail, outlet, wholesale, or ecommerce).
Steps to create a store or warehouse
- Go to the inventory module and click on the LOCATIONS tab
- In the upper right corner, click on the "New location" button
- A popup window will appear where you can fill in the following information:
- Name: name of the warehouse/store.
- Select: whether it is a store or showroom.
- Pricing tier: price tier linked to the warehouse/store previously configured in the Creation and Editing of Price Rates.
- Phone Number
- Address
- City
- Postal Code
- Country
- Once the information is filled in, click "Create".
- You can view the location information by clicking on it in the list on the right.

Steps to edit a store or warehouse
- Go to the inventory module and click on the LOCATIONS tab
- To the right of the map, you will see the list of all your stores, warehouses, showrooms,...
- Click on the location you want to edit.
- Once inside, you can view and edit the details of the main information and store settings.
- Edit the fields as needed.
- Click the "Save" button.

Finally, within each location, you can find information about the status of your stock and the cash registers associated with it by navigating through the top tabs.
