Selling your products in the form of a "bundle" or "pack" is a strategy that allows you to offer multiple products together as if they were one. It's a great way to increase your average ticket, boost your stock turnover, and provide more value to your customers by complementing their purchases.
Requirements for creating, editing, and selling packs
The user must have the role of OWNER, STORE SELLER, PRODUCT EDITOR, STORE MANAGER, WHOLESALER MANAGER, WHOLESALER SELLER, or INVENTORY MANAGER. You can see the different types of roles in the section Creating or editing a user.
Steps to create a pack
Go to the Catalog module > Packs.
Inside, you can view all the Packs you have created in list mode.
Click on the "+ New pack" button at the top right.
A pop-up window will open, where you should click on the advanced creator.
Select "Product bundle" as the product type.
Fill in the mandatory information to proceed to the next step. For more information about the fields of the advanced creator, go to Creating a new product.
In the "Pack composition" step, click the "+ Add product variant" button.
A pop-up window will appear with the advanced search for product variants.
You can filter or search, and select the ones you want in your pack.
Once selected, click the bottom left button labeled "Select".
When your pack is created, click "Finish".
As a final step, you will be asked if you want to generate a barcode for this pack of products.

Steps to edit a pack
Go to the Catalog module > Packs.
Inside, you can view all the Packs you have created in list mode.
Select the pack you want to edit.
In the stock tab, you can see the stock of that pack according to the minimum stock of the products that compose it.
To edit the detail information of your pack, simply change the information you want and click the save button. For more information, go to Edit detail information of a product.
To edit the pack's content, go to the pack tab where you can:
Pack details:
SKU: assign an SKU.
Barcode: assign a barcode.
DDP Price: cost price defined by the sum of the cost prices of the variants that make up the pack. This field is not editable.
Pack content:
"+ Add product variant": to the pack that is already created.
Quantity: edit the quantity you want of that product variant.
Details: if you click on the product variant, you can change it without having to delete and add the product again.
SKU and Barcode: information of the product variants. This information is not editable.
Delete: delete the product variant that makes up that pack.
As you change the information, it updates automatically.

Steps to sell a pack
Go to the SELL section from the sidebar menu, located in the STORES module.
You have 2 ways to search for products:
Scanning the barcode of the product you want to add.
Search for the product in the product searcher located in the top left. You can search by code, name, or barcode. As you type, the searcher will show you the products that match the text. Finally, click on one of the products. If it has variants, a window will open to choose which variant you want to select.
When adding a pack, it is added in the table in the center of the screen.
You can view the variants that make up the pack by opening the dropdown labeled "Pack".
If, on the other hand, you want to close it, you just have to click again.
Proceed with the sale. For more information on how to make a sale, go to Make a sale.
The preview of the sales of the packs will be the same as when you were selling it, and the dropdown will have the same behavior.
