Set up the connection with El Corte Inglés (Mirakl)

This article explains the steps to follow to configure the connection between your El Corte Inglés ecommerce platform (Mirakl) and your Stockagile account.

What does Stockagile synchronize with Mirakl?

  • Stockagile only synchronizes stock and prices with Mirakl.

  • The product catalog (product details, descriptions, images, and attributes) must be uploaded directly to the Mirakl portal.

Therefore, both tasks are managed separately:

  1. The product catalog is uploaded from the Mirakl portal.

  2. Stock and prices are automatically synchronized from Stockagile once the channel is configured.

⚠️ Important note : If the catalog is not published in Mirakl, the stock and price synchronization will not have any visible effect.

⚠️ Requirement for variants: Variants must have an SKU and barcode. If either of these data is missing, the product cannot be mapped correctly in Mirakl.

Requirements to create the El Corte Inglés channel

The user must have the OWNER role. You can see the different role types in the Create or Edit a User section.

⚠️ Note: If El Corte Inglés (Mirakl) updates its API and modifies any endpoint we are using, the configuration may become unconfigured. If you have any questions or problems, please contact our support team.

Steps to create the El Corte Inglés (Mirakl) channel:

  1. Go to the ECOMMERCE module > Channels

  2. In the top right, you will see the "+ New page" button, click on it.

  3. In details, select "Platforms" as the El Corte Inglés (Mirakl) option in the first field.

  4. You will need to fill in the following information to proceed:

  • Details

    • Platform: in this case, El Corte Inglés (Mirakl).

    • Name: will be used to identify the channel within Stockagile.

    • Synchronization enabled/disabled: toggle synchronization on or off.

    • Automatically reserve orders: when this option is checked, El Corte Inglés orders are reserved in Stockagile and marked as awaiting shipment in Mirakl.

  • Main configuration

    • Stock warehouses: here you will determine which warehouses the stock will be sourced from.

    • Warehouse: this will be the main warehouse for the channel.

    • Default fulfillment creation policy: you can choose between the following options:

      • Assign order to channel warehouse: stock will be discounted, by default, from the main warehouse associated with the channel. If the assigned warehouse does not have enough stock to cover the order, this option may generate negative stock in some products. Later, you can regularize the stock through transfers from other warehouses.

      • Assign order to the warehouse that has more stocks: the stock will be discounted from the warehouse that has the most units available for the products in the order. If the assigned warehouse does not have enough stock to cover the order, this option may generate negative stock for some products. If you do not want to hold negative stock, you will need to make a transfer from another warehouse to compensate.

      • Assign Order by Warehouse identifier: automatically assign orders to the corresponding warehouse using the relationship between Shopify locations and warehouses configured in Stockagile. This functionality requires prior configuration. If you want to activate it, you can contact the support team.

      • Split the order among the warehouses with the most stock: distribute the units of the order among the warehouses with the greatest availability of stock for each product, always prioritizing those with the most stock.

      • Split order across warehouses by priority: assign the order to the warehouses that can cover all or most of the order, following the priority order defined for each warehouse in the LOCATIONS section. If no warehouse has enough stock to completely cover the order, it will be assigned according to the established priority order.

    • Default payment method: used when the channel does not specify the payment method for the sale.

    • Ticket configuration.

    • Order serial number: if you want a specific serial number for the Ecommerce, you can create one in the CONFIGURATION section. For more information, go to Create and Edit Serial Numbers.

    • Price level: you can also create a specific one for this ecommerce under Settings > Inventory > Pricing.

    • Discount start date: applies discounts registered in Stockagile from this date.

    • Discount end date: deactivates discounts registered in Stockagile after this date.

  • Advanced Configuration

    • API key: identifier to control access to the El Corte Inglés (Mirakl) API, which you will obtain within their portal. You’ll find it in the profile section of their portal.

    • Minimum stock threshold: when the sum of the stock for a product variant in the channel's stock warehouses is below this value, it will synchronize with 0 stock.

    5. Once you have defined all the mandatory fields, click the "Save" button at the bottom, and your channel will be created.

To synchronize the products you want with El Corte Inglés, you will need to enable it from the product card or you can do it in bulk. To learn how, go to Synchronize a product with the online store.
