This article explains the necessary steps to set up the synchronization of your Amazon account with your Stockagile account.
Currently, the connection only synchronizes the stock of products, their prices, orders and returns. If you want to know more about synchronization, click on How Amazon - Stockagile sync works.
Steps to connect Amazon with Stockagile
Go to the "Channels" section, located inside the "Ecommerce" module (on the left side menu).
Create a new channel/page clicking on "New page" (top right of the screen) and select the required Amazon marketplace (EUROPE ES or US).
Complete all required fields to create the new channel/page (the fields marked with an asterisk) and click on "Save":
Name*: will be used to identify the channel within Stockagile.
Stock warehouses*: here you will determine from which warehouses the stock will come from.
Warehouse*: this will be the main warehouse of the channel.
Default delivery creation policy: you will be able to choose if the stock should come from the main warehouse by default or from the warehouse that has more stock (from the warehouses selected in the "Stock warehouses" field).
Default payment method.
Ticket configuration*: you will be able to choose which ticket template will be associated to the channel, if more than one template is configured.
Order serial number*: you can create a specific serial number in the Configuration section.
Price level*: you can also create a specific one for this ecommerce.
Once the channel is created, click on "Reconnect with Amazon"
When you click on "Reconnect to Amazon", you will be redirected to a new page on Amazon, from which you will have to enter the login credentials of the account, in order to give Stockagile permission to manage the Amazon stock. Once the credentials have been entered, you will be redirected back to the Stockagile panel and the channel will be successfully connected.
