This screen allows you to efficiently manage your online store's orders, by tracking their status, organizing inventory, and coordinating shipments. It also provides tools to filter and view orders, thereby optimizing the fulfillment process and improving the customer experience.
Requirements to list, view, prepare, and ship Orders
Users must have the role of OWNER or ECOMMERCE MANAGER. You can see the different types of roles in the section Creating or editing a user.
Steps to list and view
Go to the sidebar menu and click on ECOMMERCE > Orders.
Next, you'll see the list of orders you've received from the different online channels connected to Stockagile under the "To Prepare" tab.
Note: These orders will be displayed separately if the products in the orders have different statuses.
You can navigate through the tabs according to the status of the orders:
In reposition: orders waiting for a replenishment purchase before they can be prepared
To prepare: reserved or pending preparation
In picking: orders assigned to a picking order that is being picked
Picked: orders whose picking is already collected and that continue their preparation (Scan & Go)
Prepared: orders already prepared and ready to ship
Finished: completed orders
With incidence: with a generic incident
Returned: orders being returned
Deleted: orders whose origin has been deleted
All: without any filter
Additionally, you can filter searches by the following fields:
Filter by channel: channel through which the order has arrived
Filter by payment status: payment status of the order
Filter by warehouse: warehouse from which it needs to be prepared
Filter by warehouse stock: warehouse the order stock comes from
Filter by stock location: location within the warehouse the stock comes from
Filter by state: status the order is in
Filter by shipping method: registered shipping method
Filter by country: country of the order
Filter by preparation state: preparation phase the order is in
Filter by replenishment status: status of the associated replenishment purchase
Filter by stock availability: whether there is stock available to fulfil the order
Filter orders by units: according to the number of units in the order
Filter by warning: alerts that have caused the sale process to go wrong
Only within the "To Prepare" tab , when selecting one or more orders, you can from the top right:
Document icon (Print delivery notes): prints the delivery notes of the selected orders
Route icon (Print pick list): prints the picking list to collect the products of the selected orders
Computer icon (View picking list): lets you view the picking list directly from Stockagile with the default order filters
New picking order button: creates a picking order with the selected orders
In the other tabs, if you select more than one order, you can only print the delivery notes.
Steps to prepare
Go to the sidebar menu and click on ECOMMERCE > Orders.
Next, you'll see the list of orders you've received from the different online channels connected to Stockagile under the "To Prepare" tab.
To pick the products from your orders, you must filter according to your needs to pick the right products.
You can then select a few orders and:
Print the picking list
Create a new picking order with the selected orders
Once filtered and picked, you can start shipping your orders.
