This screen allows you to efficiently manage your online store's orders, by tracking their status, organizing inventory, and coordinating shipments. It also provides tools to filter and view orders, thereby optimizing the fulfillment process and improving the customer experience.
Requirements to list, view, prepare, and ship Orders
Users must have the role of OWNER or ECOMMERCE MANAGER. You can see the different types of roles in the section Creating or editing a user.
Steps to list and view
Go to the sidebar menu and click on ECOMMERCE > Orders.
Next, you'll see the list of orders you've received from the different online channels connected to Stockagile under the "To Prepare" tab.
Note: These orders will be displayed separately if the products in the orders have different statuses.
You can navigate through the tabs according to the status of the orders:
All: without any filter
To Prepare: reserved or pending to prepare
With Incident: with generic incidents
Returned (in progress): in return
Completed: in completed orders
Deleted: orders whose origin has been deleted
Additionally, you can filter searches by the following fields:
Channel: channel through which the product has arrived
Warehouse: location from which it needs to be prepared
Status: status of the order
Shipping Method: registered shipping method
Country: country of origin of the order
With Alerts: alerts that have caused the sale process to go wrong
Only within the "To Prepare" tab , when selecting one or more orders, you can from the top right:
In the other tabs (All, With Incident, Returned (in progress), Completed, and Deleted) if you select more than one order, you can only print the delivery notes.
Steps to prepare
Go to the sidebar menu and click on ECOMMERCE > Orders.
Next, you'll see the list of orders you've received from the different online channels connected to Stockagile under the "To Prepare" tab.
To pick the products from your orders, you must filter according to your needs to pick the right products.
You can then select a few orders and:
Print the route sheet
Generate the picking list from the orders list
Once filtered and picked, you can start shipping your orders.
