From Stockagile you can process the return of an ecommerce purchase so that the stock appears correctly in our Inventory.
Requirements to be able to return an online order:
Have our ecommerce configured and webhooks activated.
Have the role of ecommerce owner or manager.
Steps to be able to return an online order:
Go to the ECOMMERCE > ORDERS section, you can use the search function to enter the sales number or the serial number assigned by the ecommerce and quickly find the order.
The return of an online order can be managed through the program or, alternatively, manually managed through the ecommerce. If you have the update order webhook active, any change in the ecommerce will go automatically to Stockagile.
If it is returned from Stockagile, the return process varies depending on the type of ecommerce active
Prestashop and Shopify: from within the order, click on the three dots at the top of the delivery and select the "Refund and return" option. An informative pop-up will shop up, confirm the operation if it is correct.
Woocommerce: from within the order, click on the "Return" button at the top of the delivery. It will ask you the amount of products to return. The programm will ask you the quantity to be returned. Confirm it and click on "return" again, now in blue.
At last, save the changes up to the right to ensure that the return is processed correctly and the stock is updated.
When you receive the stock back in the store, click "Receive returns" to have the item re-entered and the stock restored.
Zalando: It is also possible to force Zalando return orders to enter Stockagile directly as processed and received, through the Zalando detail screen.
