Sync options in Prestashop

Synchronize products, stock, or prices in Prestashop individually to prevent changes from being overwritten.

Updated over 3 months ago

Stockagile synchronizes prices, products, and stock separately to ensure efficient and flexible inventory and sales management.

  • Products include essential information such as descriptions, images, and categories.

  • Prices may vary depending on promotions, sales channels, or locations.

  • Stock levels constantly change due to sales, returns, and stock receptions.

By synchronizing them individually, the platform enables fast and precise updates without unnecessarily affecting other data, optimizing operations and preventing errors in omnichannel management.

Requirements to Sync with Prestashop

  • The user must have the role of OWNER or ECOMMERCE MANAGER. You can view the different role types in the Create or Edit a User section.

  • The Prestashop channel must be created. To do this, go to Configure the connection with Prestashop to see how to set it up.

  • Products must be uploaded to your Prestashop channel from Stockagile, with prices defined in the rate assigned to Prestashop.
