Configure legal texts in documents

Configure the information that appears in your clients' legal documents, whether they are buyers or suppliers

In the Documents section, under the Configuration module, you can customize the legal or policy text that will automatically appear at the end of your invoices, proformas, and quotations.

This field is useful for adding legal conditions, return policies, informative notes, or data protection clauses.

Requirements to configure legal texts in sales documents

  • The user must have one of the following roles: OWNER, STORE MANAGER, WHOLESALE MANAGER, ECOMMERCE MANAGER, or INVENTORY MANAGER.
    You can view and assign roles from the Create or Edit a User section.

Steps to configure legal texts in sales documents

  1. Go to Settings > Documents.

  2. You'll see three editable sections:

    • Invoices

    • Proformas

    • Quotations

  3. In each section, you can enter the text you want to display at the bottom of the corresponding document.

  4. After editing the text, click Save to apply changes, or Cancel to discard them.


Why is this useful?

This section allows you to:

  • Automatically add legal clauses to your documents.

  • Set general conditions for sales or billing.

  • Keep your business communication consistent.
