In Stockagile you can generate remittances from several invoices already created in the app, in order to generate a document for the bank. This helps you manage invoice payments more efficiently.
Requirements to create a remittance
The user must have the OWNER, STORE MANAGER, or WHOLESALE MANAGER role, or a custom role with the permissions related to remittances.
Have at least one payment method with the "enable bank remittances" option active. You can configure your payment methods from the Payment methods section in SETTINGS.
Add a payment method with the option above active to the invoices you want to link to the remittance.
The contacts you want to assign a remittance to must have an IBAN and a RUM in their billing section in CONTACTS.
Steps to create a remittance
Go to the Billing > Remittances module. You will see the history of remittances already created, and the "new remittance" button in the top right corner.
Inside the new remittance, you will be on the "pending invoices" tab. This tab shows all invoices that are pending payment and that also have a payment method with the "enable bank remittances" option checked (as explained in the requirements). Select the invoices you want to group and click the Add button in the top right corner.
Once the invoices are selected, you will see them appear in the following "selected invoices" window. If you make a mistake, you can use the Remove button in the top right corner.
Fill in the remittance details in the column that appears on the right side of the screen. You will need to fill in the following fields, clic on the "Save" button after filling the fields:
Concept
Date
Bank
SWIFT/BIC
Presenter Identifier
Creditor IBAN
Once you have filled in the details, click the blue "Generate" button in the top right corner. Once generated, you will see that same button turn into "Download remittance", which you can use to download the document in XML format.
If the remittance has already been generated and you want to delete or edit it, you can click the "Back to draft" button, next to the "Download remittance" button, and that button will then turn into the Delete button.
You can access the invoices related to the remittance through the link on each serial number in the Selected invoices section. Also, if you open any invoice that is part of the remittance, you will see in its Receipts section that the remittance is linked to it.
