Banners are the featured images shown on the home page of your B2B store. You can use them to announce a collection, a season or an offer, and take your customers straight to those products.
Banners are managed from the settings of each B2B store. If you do not have one yet, see B2B ecommerce creation and operation.
Requirements to create banners in the B2B store
The user must have the OWNER or WHOLESALE MANAGER role. You can see the different roles in Create or edit a user.
Have a B2B store created and saved.
Have an image for the banner background. The recommended size is 1400×440 px, or 440×440 px for the 1/4 and 1/3 widths.
Steps to create a banner in the B2B store
Go to the B2BS ECOMMERCE section from the side menu, under WHOLESALE.
Click the B2B store where you want to add the banner.
In the Banners section, click ADD BANNER.

In Background image, click Select image and choose the banner image.
Fill in the texts you want to show: Title, Subtitle, Offer and Button text. They are all optional.

In Width, choose how much of the page width the banner takes: “1/4”, “1/3”, “1/2”, “2/3” or “Full width”.
In When clicked, goes to, choose where the banner takes your customers: “Category”, “Subcategory”, “Season”, “Collection”, “Product”, “All products” or “Custom URL”. If you do not want it to link anywhere, choose “No link”.
Select the target category, season, collection, product or URL.

Check the Preview and click SAVE.
The banner appears in the list of the Banners section and is shown on the home page of your B2B store. To see how they look together, expand Home preview.

Steps to edit, reorder or delete a banner
To edit a banner, click the pencil icon in its row, change what you need and click SAVE.
To change the order, drag the banner by the icon on the left of its row to the new position. Banners appear in the store in the same order as in the list.
To delete a banner, click the bin icon in its row and confirm.
Keep in mind:
You can only link to the categories, seasons or collections shown in the B2B store, that is, the ones selected in the Menu section.
If a banner target is no longer shown in the store, the banner takes customers to all products and a warning appears in its row. Edit the banner and choose another target.
If the preview warns that the content does not fit, remove some text or choose a wider width. Otherwise the text will be cut off on some screens.
If you leave Button text empty, the banner does not show a button.
