Loyalty is a good system to encourage loyalty and recurrence of customers to our business. With it we reward their purchases, we recommend products and we can even wake up those who are inactive.
There are different systems of customer loyalty, one of the most recommended is the ACCUMULATION OF BALANCE per purchase. To enable it in Stockagile you need to contact our support team.
Once activated, go to SETTINGS at the top right of the panel and scroll down the sidebar until you reach Loyalty.
If you want your customers to accumulate credit for their purchases: Click on the gray button.
Define in the gray box the percentage of accumulation per unit of product. We recommend a percentage value between 0.5% and 1%.
If you want that every time a customer makes a purchase he/she accumulates credit, without being an inconvenience that he/she is already spending previously accumulated credit: Click on the gray button.
Example: A customer makes a purchase for 20€ and wants to spend his 10€ of accumulated balance. The total to pay will be 10€ and will accumulate the % that we have predefined in CONFIGURATION proportional to the final expense of 10€.If you want a rounding of 0 or 5 to be applied every time a balance is accumulated: Click the gray button.

Loyalty by Category: In this section, you can define the accumulation percentage based on product categories. To do this, click on the magnifying glass with the "+" icon to add the category, then set the percentage in the gray box. Changes will be saved automatically. You can edit multiple categories at once by clicking the boxes, then selecting the pencil icon that appears at the top right.

Loyalty system by client
If you want to reward or favor a customer with a higher discount specific to that customer, go to CONTACTS in the left side menu, select CUSTOMERS and choose the customer you want to give a different accumulation % than the global one. Scroll down the drop-down menu and select Loyalty.
In this part, in addition to assigning a personalized % to the customer, you can consult the history of purchases made as well as the available balance, the total accumulated balance and the total balance used. Whenever you need to, you can edit the personalized % and reset it to the same value as the rest of the company by clicking on RESTORE PERCENTAGE.
To apply the BALANCE ACCUMULATION per purchase go to STORES in the left menu of the panel and select SELL. Perform the sale process and select a customer, you will see on the right side margin the purchase RECEIPT and a yellow button to apply the CUSTOMER'S BALANCE.
If you select APPLY BALANCE the customer's loyalty discount will be subtracted.
If you do not select APPLY BALANCE the customer will not receive a discount on this purchase.
Stockagile allows you to use these options on products that have customized prices or promotions. If the customer wishes to make a RETURN go to STORES and click on the SALES tab. Select the SALE and follow the steps to make a return. You will notice that the refund is made on the amount paid with the balance discount applied and that the customer recovers the balance used in the purchase.

Steps to import a customer's balance
Go to CONTACTS in the left-hand side menu.
Click the "Import contacts" button at the top right.
A pop-up window will appear where you can download an Excel template.
⚠️ Note: You can only import contacts of one type at a time.
In the template, you should enter the balance you want to import in column N, using the currency configured at the company level.
⚠️ Note: You only need to enter the desired amount, for example: 3,24
Once you’ve filled in the fields, attach the file in the same pop-up window with the necessary changes and select the contact type
A message will appear confirming that the import was successful and showing the number of contacts imported.
To verify, go to the CLIENT type CONTACT profile, and in the loyalty section, you’ll be able to confirm that the balance was successfully imported.
