For greater control of the store and performance, it's important to have its analytics readily available because it provides valuable information about its performance. This information includes data on website traffic, conversions, user behavior, and more. By regularly monitoring these metrics, store owners can identify areas for improvement, better understand their audience, and make informed decisions to optimize the customer experience and increase sales.
Requirements for creating, editing, and selling packs
The user must have the role of OWNER, STORE SELLER, or STORE MANAGER. Different types of roles can be seen in the section "Create or edit a user".
Analytics tab: Real-time
Go to Analytics > Stores.
The first view that appears will be "Real-time" where you can view and monitor all the information about your stores.
To view the analytics of a specific store, you should click on the three dots "···" next to "ALL STORES".
The top section with the cards indicates:
Visits: visits received by the store.
Transactions: sales, returns, etc.
Conversion: ratio of visitors to buyers.
Gross Sales: sales made today.
Planned Gross Sales: if you have planned sales and goals for that store.
All the aforementioned information and more detailed can be found in a more graphic way. Clicking on any of the KPIs will expand the view for more details.
You can also view sales by seller:
Sales: made by seller
Product: sold by seller
The ranking of sellers shows the seller, the number of sales made, and the products sold and returned.
Finally, you have the store KPIs with a breakdown by date on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

Analytics tab: Performance
Go to Analytics > Stores.
Click on the second tab where it says "Performance."
You can filter store performance by date in the filter at the top right, below the date.
Below you will see a graph with which you can interact with the data shown at the bottom, to be able to analyze each of them in a more specific way.
You'll also find a weekly sales temperature map to optimize your processes, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
Finally, in this tab you can also see the ranking of products, categories, subcategories and brands.
