How to export reports

In the ANALYTICS module you will find the reports of various sections of your business, with the option to export them in .xls or .csv format.

Requirements for exporting reports

  • It is important to check that you have the role of OWNER, STORE MANAGER or WAREHOUSE MANAGER.

  • Check in the user's configuration the e-mail address to be able to attach the reports correctly.

  • Have products created. You can see how to create a product in How to create a product.

  • It is recommended that you have created categories and subcategories. You can see how to create them in how to Create and edit categories and subcategories.

Steps to export reports

  1. Go to the ANALYTICS module, inside you will find the REPORTS section.

  2. Once inside, on the left side there is a menu with four different blocks: Stock, Wholesale, Stores and E-commerce.

  3. Select the section you want

  4. You will find a calendar to indicate the date or period you want to export.

  5. You will then be able to select the columns you want to export

    • In some sections you will find a wide filter such as in the case of STOCK

  6. Click on the"Download" button once you have made your selection.

  7. A notification will appear as the report is attached via email.

  8. In a matter of minutes you will have the report in the inbox of the email you have configured, ready to be used.
