Create, edit and delete shipping boxes

Defining shipping boxes helps optimize logistical processes, reduce costs, and enhance the experience for both the seller and the customer. In Stockagile, you can define these boxes and link them to your ecommerce orders.

Requirements for creating shipping boxes

• Users must have the roles of OWNER, STORE MANAGER, INVENTORY MANAGER, ECOMMERCE MANAGER. You can see the different types of roles in the section Creating or editing a user.

Steps to create, edit, and delete shipping boxes

1. Go to your profile and click on Settings.
2. Scroll through the inner menu until you find and click on Shipping Boxes.
3. Inside, you'll see the list of shipping boxes with the following information:
   • Name
   • Length
   • Height
   • Width
   • Default
4. To create a box, click on the button at the top right "+ New shipping box".
5. A pop-up window will appear with the following information to fill out:
   • * Name: of the box for identification
   • * Length (cm)
   • * Height (cm)
   • * Width (cm)
   • Barcode: enter the barcode if available to input box information with the scanner at points within Stockagile where necessary.
   • Default: mark if you want it to appear as the default box in points where the shipping box will be used.
6. Once the information is completed, click on "Save".
7. You'll see the box you just created reflected in the list.
8. To edit the box information, you must click on the line of the box.
9. If you want to delete the shipping box, you must click on the delete icon.
10. A message will appear to verify the action.
