In the ANALYTICS module, we have several metrics to see the performance of the wholesale business and to have a control over the customers and the different transactions that have been made with them.
Requirements to be able to visualize the metrics for your wholesale business:
- It is important to check that we have the role of OWNER, STORE MANAGER or WAREHOUSE MANAGER.
- We must have created products. We can see how to create a product in the section How to create a product.
- It is recommended that you have created the categories and subcategories. We can see how to create them in the section Create and edit categories and subcategories.
Steps to visualize performance metrics:
- Go to the WHOLESALER section, within the ANALYTICS section.
- Once inside the section, at the top left, we find an icon with THREE DOTS. If we click on the three dots, a drop-down menu appears, through which we can choose which channels we want to display (if we want analytics on the warehouse, the store or all channels).
- Just below the main drop-down menu, we can see another drop-down menu, which allows us to filter by seasons.
- Once the filters we are interested in have been applied, we see a table where we can see the different customers and their respective open, ordered and sent sales, as well as the invoices and payments related to these sales.
- Finally, the last rows show the total sales for each of the columns in the table, as well as the returns made and a "final total", which takes into account both the sales and the returns made.
