In Stockagile, you can see the performance of your business. Through analytics and reports, you can see how profitable you are and where you could put more effort to improve and take advantage of the potential of our business.
Requirements to view your store metrics
- It is important to verify that you have the role of OWNER, STORE MANAGER OR WAREHOUSE MANAGER in order to be able to view the analytics.
- You must have products created, you can see how to create a product in the section How to create a product.
- It is recommended that you have created categories and subcategories for the products. You can see how to create them in the section Create and edit categories and subcategories.
Steps to understanding and visualizing performance metrics for your store
- Go to the side menu and enter the SHOPS section, within the ANALYTICS module.
- Once inside, in the upper left part of the screen, there is an icon with THREE DOTS; if you click on it, a drop-down menu appears, from which you can filter the information, according to a specific store (Outlet, Showroom, warehouse, store), or you can display the information for all the stores.
- Below the filter mentioned above, there is a menu with 4 sections: Real Time, Performance, Products and Categories.
REAL TIME section
- The first thing you can see in this section are the store visits, transactions made, conversion rate, gross sales, product units sold, among other data. In addition to displaying the information in numerical format, you can also visualize it in graphical form.
- In addition, in this section we also find a ranking of the sellers and the sales made by each seller in the store.
- Finally, there is a table, on whose horizontal axis, you can see a comparison of data (KPIs), depending on different time periods (today, week to date, month to date and year to date).

PERFORMANCE Section
- On the upper right side, you can select the period you want to analyze. Once selected, you will get different graphs. If you click on the different options available (gross sales, returns, traffic, etc.) you will see how the analytics are changing (with the possibility of putting the cursor over the graph, to give you more accurate information).
- Next, there is the weekly temperature map, which indicates the hours of the day when the most products have been sold.
- Finally, you can find different rankings of products, categories, subcategories and brands, with the option to filter by seasons, brands, categories and subcategories. In addition, you can choose to include NOOS products in the displayed data, or not to include them.

PRODUCTS section
- In this section, you can see a drop-down menu with different options to filter by: season, brands, categories and subcategories (as well as the option to include or not the NOOS).
- There is also a ranking of products, brands, categories and subcategories, which indicate the codes of the best-selling products, in addition to showing us different data on the horizontal axis of the table.

CATEGORIES section
- In this section, you have the option to select the dates you want to analyze, having also two filters according to season and brand (in addition to the filter for NOOS).
- Next, underneath you can see a table with the income generated by the selected category or subcategory. Finally, there is another table with the units sold, corresponding to the filters applied. On the horizontal axis, you have different dates, allowing you to compare the units sold.
