How to integrate with Holded

Stockagile improves its service with the new integration with Holded so you can keep your company's accounting (among other functionalities). This integration allows you to send to Holded the store sales tickets, invoices, proformas and budgets automatically every time they are created or modified in Stockagile.

Requirements to be able to create the integration with Holded

• The user must have the role of OWNER. You can see the different types of roles in the section Create or edit a user.
• A Holded account is required.

To integrate Holded, only two simple steps are required

1. Generate the Holded API Key so that Stockagile can send data to Holded.
2. Save the above API Key in Stockagile.

Generate the API Key in Holded:

1. Open the user's drop-down menu and go to Settings.
2. In the"More" section click on "Developers", or in the top right search box type"Developers".
3. Click on the "New API Key" button.
4. In the description popup window that appears type in the"Description: Stockagile Key" to identify that this is going to be the API Key used in Stockagile.
5. Click on Save.
6. Now the API Key will appear. Copy with the icon that will appear when you hover the cursor over the API Key its value, and then paste it into Stockagile.

Step 1: Select configuration in Holded.

Step 2: in the "More" section select "Developers".

Step 4 and 5: change the description and click the "Save" button.

Step 6: Copy the generated API Key.

2. Save API Key in Stockagile:

1. Log in to Stockagile and go to APPLICATIONS via the side menu.
2. Click on the Holded application.
3. A pop-up window will open.
4. In case you have it uninstalled, make sure that the button on the right is active and the text is green to"Installed".
5. In the pop-up window that has opened, paste the value copied in point 6 above into the API Key field and save.
6. And that's it! You won't have to do anything else.
