From Stockagile you can process the return of an ecommerce purchase so that the stock appears correctly in our Inventory.
Requirements to be able to return an online order:
- Have our ecommerce configured and webhooks activated.
- Have the role of ecommerce owner or manager.
Steps to be able to return an online order:
- Go to the ECOMMERCE > ORDERS section, you can use the search function to enter the sales number or the serial number assigned by the ecommerce and quickly find the order.
- The return of an online order can be managed through the program or, alternatively, manually managed through the ecommerce.
- If it is returned from Stockagile, the return process varies depending on the type of ecommerce:
- Prestashop y Shopify: from within the order, click on the three dots at the top of the delivery and select the "Refund and return" option.

- Woocommerce: from within the order, click on the "Return" button at the top of the delivery.

- A blue informational bar will appear to indicate that the quantity to be returned for each product in the order should be selected.
