Ecommerce order preparation from picking

When managing an ecommerce store, it's common to constantly receive orders from customers. With Stockagile, you can better organize your space and save time using the PICKING screen for ecommerce orders.

Steps to manage order preparation from picking

  1. Go to the ECOMMERCE module on the left panel and select PICKING from the dropdown.

  2. Next, you'll see the list of products you've received from different online channels connected to Stockagile under the "To prepare" tab.

  3. You can navigate through tabs based on the order status of the products:

    • All: without any filters

    • To prepare: reserved or pending preparation

    • With incidents: with generic incidents

    • Returned (in progress): in return

    • Completed: in completed orders

    • Deleted: where the origin of the order is deleted

  4. Additionally, you can filter searches by the following fields:

    • Channel: channel through which the product arrived

    • Warehouse: location from where it needs to be prepared

    • Status: status of the order it's in

    • Shipping: registered shipping method

    • Country: country of origin of the order

    • With alerts: alerts that caused issues in processing the sale

  5. In the "Shipping" column, you can see if the shipping label has been generated or not. It will appear gray if not printed and green if printed.

  6. Hovering over it, if the label is printed, it will show you the tracking number of the order.

Tip: If you go to Ecommerce > Orders, select the orders you want to prepare, and click on the top-right icon on the computer, you will be redirected with the selected orders to the Picking window with the products you need to prepare from them.
