Import products from Prestashop

Requirements to Import Products from Prestashop

• The user must have the role of OWNER or ECOMMERCE MANAGER. You can see the different role types in the section Create or edit a user.
• Have the connection with Prestashop configured.
• Have products created in Prestashop that are not yet in Stockagile.

Steps to Import Products from Prestashop

1. Go to the ECOMMERCE > Channels.
2. Click on the PrestaShop channel you have created.
3. In the top right corner, click the black button "Import products from Prestashop".
4. A pop-up window will open where you should click Start import. This will automatically create a request to import products in Excel.
5. After a few minutes, go to PRODUCTS > Import.
6. You will see the validated import on the product import screen.
7. Click on the import and click on the first tab of the import pop-up window.
8. Review that the information obtained from PrestaShop is correct.
9. Click the "Import" button in the last step of the importer. Depending on the number of products, this operation will take more or less time to process.
10. Once the import is finished, you will see the status as "Completed" and your product will be created in Stockagile.
