Integration setting with Sendcloud

You can manage ecommerce orders in Stockagile, but apparently we are aware that you need to be able to ship them. To do this, we have integrated with Sendcloud, so you can automate your shipping processes and make them more efficient.

This integration allows you to send orders that are generated or arrive at Stockagile, directly to Sendcloud, and carry out all order management from its platform. The states that you go through in Sendcloud will be reflected in Stockagile.

Requirements to create the integration with Sendcloud

Steps to integrate Sendcloud with Stockagile

  1. Go to the left side menu and click on the last APPLICATIONS module.

  2. You will see in the available applications, the Sendcloud one. Click on "Go to Sendcloud".

  3. The Sendcloud login will open in a new tab, and then log in, if you have the session open it will open automatically.

  4. Go to Sendcloud settings.

  5. In the side menu on the right, click inside the General > Integrations module.

  6. Under the “Most Popular Integrations” type you will find “Sendcloud API”. To know how to connect it, go to the documentation that they provide you.

    • Important: The integration must be created with the name: Stockagile

  7. When creating the integration, fill in the "Webhook URL" field with the following link: https://api.stockagile.com/open/api/v1/shipping-platform/sendcloud

    This field is used for Sendcloud to inform Stockagile of the changes made to the shipment, so that Stockagile can also change the status.

  8. Once the integration is configured and the keys are saved, copy the public and secret key to Stockagile and click the SAVE button. You can also map sender addresses (the key is found in the URL within each address in Settings > addresses).

  9. A message will appear at the top right to validate that the installation has been carried out correctly.
