Stockagile lets you create the shipping label of an order with Sendcloud directly from the order page. The shipment is created in your Sendcloud account and stays linked to the order fulfillment.

Requirements to send an order to Sendcloud
The user must have the OWNER or ECOMMERCE MANAGER role. You can see the different roles in Create or edit a user.
Have the Sendcloud integration contracted and set up in Stockagile.
Recommendations for sending an order to Sendcloud
Before labelling, we recommend checking the following:
Have shipping boxes created.
Make sure the order has a customer with a complete shipping address. You can check it in Create or edit a customer.
Steps to send an order to Sendcloud
Click the order you want to ship to open its page.
If the fulfillment is not allocated yet, click the ALLOCATE button of the fulfillment.
Click the three dots of the fulfillment and select LABEL WITH SENDCLOUD.

Enter the units of each product you are going to ship and fill in the shipment details:
Shipping method: Select one of the shipping methods of your Sendcloud account, or “Order shipping method” to use the one that comes with the order.
Shipping boxes: Click + to add a package and choose the box. Each product is assigned to a package.
Weight: Weight of each product. It is used when the switch is on “Use real weight”.
Use real weight / Use volumetric weight: With “Use volumetric weight” active, the weight of the products is not used, but a calculation based on the dimensions of the boxes in the shipment.
Print delivery notes and labels: Prints the delivery notes along with the labels.
Print labels automatically: Prints the labels without clicking the button once all products are marked as picked up and a shipping box has been scanned.
Use the product box (create one label per product): Uses the product dimensions as the shipping box and creates one label per item.

Click LABEL WITH SENDCLOUD. Stockagile creates the shipment in Sendcloud and prints the label; if you use the system printer, it opens in a new window.
From the Sendcloud block of the fulfillment, click VIEW IN SENDCLOUD to open the shipment in Sendcloud, or VIEW LABEL to print the label again.
When you finish, the fulfillment shows the Sendcloud tracking number and the order moves to the “Prepared” tab of the orders list.
Keep in mind:
The LABEL WITH SENDCLOUD option only appears when the fulfillment is allocated and does not have a Sendcloud label yet.
To leave without labelling, click CANCEL and the fulfillment stays as it was.
To void a shipment that is already labelled, click CANCEL inside the Sendcloud block of the fulfillment.
