If you are using a PDA and the scanner isn't working within the app, it is most likely because the device is configured in a reading mode that isn't compatible with the Stockagile app. Here's how to configure it.
The Stockagile app only supports "keyboard input" mode. To change this, follow these steps:
Honeywell Brand
Go to Settings, then click Honeywell settings > Scanning > Internal Scanner > data processing settings
Within the data processing settings, change the option from "normal" to "keyboard" to enable keyboard input.
Zebra Brand
Go to Settings > DataWedge > Active Profile > Keystroke Output
Once in Keystroke Output, select "Action key character" and then select "Line Feed".
